Welcome to our 1860 “The Wash House” perfectly located within walking distance to the River Chelmer and Maldon Promenade, great for walkers, paddle boarders…
With own parking space set at the end of a private lane The Wash House is separate from the main house.
There is a good size bathroom with walk-in shower, well equipped kitchen and cosy seating area.
The bed deck is accessed by a ladder and is not suitable for the less able.
The bed is a small 4ft double so the space is cosy and unique.
