NO CLEANING FEE. Only fully vaccinated guests, I have co-morbidities. 19 feet by 11 feet suite: queen bed & private en-suite bath with shower. The adjacent private deck overlooks a creek with a chaise lounge, 2 chairs and a cocktail table, a peaceful spot to enjoy the lush flower boxes and the gorge. There's a 5 foot pine table/desk, a mini-refrigerator, a Keurig, a microwave, a window AC, and an arm chair in the suite. Off street parking, laundry. Maximum 2 people. Very fast wifi=85.8/10.9

Comfortable three-bedroom retreat just minutes from the center of the Town of Manlius, about fifteen minutes from downtown Syracuse. Modern amenities and a peaceful setting -- on a private 30-acre property -- make this a nice base for a family visiting the Manlius / Syracuse area.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
