The Chalet is located on the small holding and is a recently refurbished well insulated former cart shed. The Chalet is a one room accommodation with a shower/WC room.
There is a fridge, sink unit and work surface with cupboards stocked with crockery.
There is a microwave and a toaster. However, there is no cooker.
A double bed, with bedding is provided.
Electric, heating and water are included.

No 4 The Stables is a delightful small cottage , ideal for a couple or a small family . It is a renovated former 1800's stable block which has retained it original charm.
Skipbridge Farm is approx 20 minutes from York city centre, we are also located close to Poppleton Bar park and ride. Green Hammerton is five minutes away and has a lovely local pub that serves food. There is also a Chinese take away just up the road from the farm.

Private Self Contained Annexe in North Yorkshire
This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. We have wheelchair access throughout. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house guaranteeing privacy.
