Boat house on the lake

This is a unique little boat house that is just a foot off the water on lower South Long Lake it’s about 10 miles south of Brainerd it’s a very beautiful little spot I totally remodeled the tiny little boat house The bathroom is not in the boathouse it’s up a hill about 75 feet away from the boathouse so I have to stress that if you have mobility issues this is not the property for you the bathrooms up a slight hill so please be aware of that
