The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

We will start your food journey in the Brera neighborhood, one of Milan’s hippest area. We will cross narrow and intimate streets of this hystorical and artistic area. We will have a tour of the court of Pinacoteca di Brera (fine art gallery) where I will talk you some true secrets of the place and some interesting curiosity about the lovely Braidense Library dated 1770. Then, slowly we will see some other nice views on the way. After this warming walk, you will be ready to sample local delicacies such as focaccia, pizza, Venetian snack or ham and cheese with a glass of wine… and get their history as well ! And after the savoury snacks.....of course yes, a great gelato italiano - probably the best you ever had! And if you are not full, another couple of sweet treats! All this through a 3h walks where you can ask me almost any kind of Italian food information! This experience can start with a minimum of 2 persons and normally max 14 ! Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. Visit the winery and discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally guests will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 4 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for about 2 hours.

Quello che offro è un corso per apprendere come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici della nostra splendida Italia. Prepareremo insieme la pasta fresca, nei formati tradizionali delle varie regioni italiane: le tagliatelle all’uovo emiliane, le rinomate orecchiette pugliesi, i cavatelli molisani e per chi desidera sperimentare ed assaggiare qualcosa di veramente unico, ci cimenteremo nei culurgiones sardi (una pasta fresca ripiena, chiusa ad arte, con una farcitura di patate, pecorino e menta) Ci sarà da divertirsi! E mentre lavoriamo, degusteremo un delizioso aperitivo a base di buon vino (o in alternativa una bevanda analcolica) e salame nostrano...e poi tutti a tavola per l’assaggio! Come dolce realizzeremo la torta paesana, detta anche torta di pane: tipica della tradizione povera lombarda brianzola, che veniva cucinata dalle mamme e dalle nonne per le feste di paese e rionali, oppure il più popolare tiramisu’ o ancora il salame al cioccolato. Tornerai a casa orgoglioso di te!

Quello che offro ai miei ospiti è qualcosa di unico, un’esperienza che non potrebbero vivere da soli. La mia lezione è divertente, creativa e interessante, sarai felice di imparare queste ricette della autentica cucina italiana! Bene, imparerai insieme a me a "creare" con le tue mani: la pasta all’uovo: - Le dosi, l’impasto, fare lo sfoglio e fare le tagliatelle - la ricetta del pesto alla genovese, buonissimo! Po i imparerai a fare la pizza che fa parte della tradizione italiana: - l’impasto, la lievitazione , stendere la pizza nella teglia, preparare la pizza margherita con mozzarella, pomodoro e origano. E ora arriva il dolce, il tiramisù: - il caffè, la crema di zucchero e uovo con il mascarpone , comporre il tiramisù, buonissimo e unico per il suo sapore. Vi offrirò un buon aperitivo con un vino e salame buonissimo.
