My daughter and I have a 123 m2 townhouse with shared common areas, but very good sound isolation. The room is very cosy, spacious and well lit with a large couch and a double bed with lots of closet space. There is a fully equiped kitchen with all the cooking essentials including your own space in the refrigerator! 7 min from Kokkedal Station with fast train to CPH (20-30 min). 40 minutes with bus to DTU. Near a small lovely forest and a beautiful river course a few steps away.

Privat værelse med bad i husets kælder. Der er egen indgang via en udvendig kældertrappe. Vores hus ligger på en stille villavej i Nordsjælland blot 5 minutters gang fra Kvistgård Station og 35 minutter i bil fra Rådhuspladsen i København. Der er et lille thekøkken i forbindelse med værelset, hvor det er muligt at lave mindre måltider, samt the og kaffe. Vi har mulighed for at opstille en gæsteseng. Vi er en familie på 4 med hund og kat. Vores dyr har ikke adgang til værelset.
