I am only 10 mins to Toowoomba Plaza & the Uni. I have 2 other bedrooms on separate listings. There is a separate toilet and bathroom for the use of the 3 rooms. You will share the kitchen, dining and lounge with me ( when home). I have a lovely fireplace for cool nights and air con in lounge when it gets hot.

Welcome to Duchess Farm Stay, in Nobby QLD. This is a delightful country experience 30 minutes for Toowoomba CBD. Fully self-contained cabin style accommodation. 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa in lounge. The cabin comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, we don't recommend 4 adults inside. There is room for a caravan or a few tents if you would like to make it a family affair (no more than 10 people). Pets are welcome. There's a cosy outdoor fire pit.
