This is a ground floor bedroom, it’s really close to the town centre and the university and it can sleep 3, the bathroom is shared with the guests from one other room. There is a fireplace, piano, workspace, Fiber internet. It’s a family home so of course you’re welcome to use the kitchen if you like but it is shared with a family. There is a large lawn set within 2 acres with a beautiful natural area with large mature trees and scenic views and a swing seat for two. The annex has an outdoor seating area with a charcoal BBQ in the summer months. There is a shared conservatory for both annexes.
