After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and blu grotto. You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours. We will spend the day exploring the island of Vis and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. Our first stop is Blue lagoon on the island of Budikovac. Turquoise colour of the sea will leave you breathless. After swimming in this paradise lagoon we will visit Green cave on the small island of Ravnik on a south side of the island of Vis. Through a crack in the ceiling of the cave the sun's rays reflecting with a greenish color and creating a captivating light effects. Swimming is allowed here and if you like snorkeling you can swim in the cave and take amazing underwater photos with our GoPro camera. After Green cave we will visit Blue cave on the island of Biševo. A visit to the Blue Cave will certainly impress you and stay in your memory for a long time. The miraculous play of sunlight which reflects from the white bottom creates a fascinating blue light that lights up the cave above and below the sea surface, the item submerged in the water get a sliver glow. After Blue cave we will visit a few secret spots and famous Stiniva beach. Don't be surprised if we see dolphins playing around the boat on our way to Paklinski islands. Here In Palmizana bay you can take another swim or refreshment or have a lunch in the restaurant if you want. At around 6pm we will be back to Hvar town. Other things to note If you arrive from other destination on the Island of Hvar you can park your car on a public parking near the bus station. If you arrive from Split, Brač, Korčula or Dubrovnik with the catamaran you can left your luggage in the storage in the port close to our meeting location and join the tour.

We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 14 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. At the end of the tour we will offer you a taste of local "limoncello". Dopo tanto lavoro e milioni di sorrisi, le focacce saranno cotte nel forno a legna e le orecchiette saranno cucinate come tradizione prevede. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our different kind of pasta done, sipping good Italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church. During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta, how to prepare a good savory sauce to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will cook inside the old celler of the Farm, as it is the coolest place we could find in summer! We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Capri Premium Tour Our exclusive tour of 8 hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 AM sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay , whilst enjoying a refreshing aperitif. The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

-MAX 12 PEOPLE ON BOARD- Departure from Marina Piccola in Sorrento, we cruise past the famous beach of Queen Giovanna (ruins of a villa of the Roman period), the bay of Puolo and of Massa Lubrense (fishing villages). Once we arrive at Capri we begin our tour of the island visiting the Coral Cave, the White, the Green and the Blue Cave*. We will see “il Salto di Tiberio”, villa Malaparte, the Faraglioni, Marina Piccola and the lighthouse of Punta Carena, whilst enjoying a soft drink. Follow Me to Capri, also offers the possibility to dive into the crystalline waters surrounding Capri. We also supply masks and snorkels for those who wish to take a better look at what lies under the sea. You will have 3/4 hours of free time to visit Capri and Anacapri. “Follow Me Sorrento” is a guarantee. We stop to serve a classic napoletan aperitif with bruschette, tarallucci with fennel, olives, our traditional cheese and Prosecco. We continue to sail to Amalfi, there you will have some freetime so you can visit the city, shopping, tasting traditional pastry and limoncello. When you are ready, we will pick you up and start to sail back to Positano on the rhythm of tarantella. We offer fresh fruit and prosecco. We will spend the day exploring the island of Vis and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. Our first stop is Blue lagoon on the island of Budikovac. Turquoise colour of the sea will leave you breathless. After swimming in this paradise lagoon we will visit Green cave on the small island of Ravnik on a south side of the island of Vis. Through a crack in the ceiling of the cave the sun's rays reflecting with a greenish color and creating a captivating light effects. Swimming is allowed here and if you like snorkeling you can swim in the cave and take amazing underwater photos with our GoPro camera. After Green cave we will visit Blue cave on the island of Biševo. A visit to the Blue Cave will certainly impress you and stay in your memory for a long time. The miraculous play of sunlight which reflects from the white bottom creates a fascinating blue light that lights up the cave above and below the sea surface, the item submerged in the water get a sliver glow. After Blue cave we will visit a few secret spots and famous Stiniva beach. Don't be surprised if we see dolphins playing around the boat on our way to Paklinski islands. Here In Palmizana bay you can take another swim or refreshment or have a lunch in the restaurant if you want. At around 6pm we will be back to Hvar town. Other things to note If you arrive from other destination on the Island of Hvar you can park your car on a public parking near the bus station. If you arrive from Split, Brač, Korčula or Dubrovnik with the catamaran you can left your luggage in the storage in the port close to our meeting location and join the tour.

Discover paradise of Maddalena Archipelago ! We dont have fixed itinerary because it will change in according the weather but normally we sail in direction of the smaller island of Maddalena archipelago (Spargi,Budelli,Razzoli,Santa Maria,Corcelli) l discovering history of this amazing land; we do 2 to 3 stops to the wonderful beaches in clear water with the possibility of go on the island by zodiac. In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 14 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. At the end of the tour we will offer you a taste of local "limoncello". Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. Hi everyone! If you want to be feel like a local on the Amalfi coast, don't miss this experience!
