The South Canol Road is nearby where you may explore historic army vehicles at the highway junction. Truly, an amazing, romantic, quiet little cabin in the woods.

This off-grid log cabin was custom built by my husband. You will enjoy this home as the perfect vacation hideaway nestled in the Magundy River valley with a view of mountains to the south. This cabin sits on 10 acres of trees, mountains and a river. There is a short hiking trail to the nearby river, excellent for wildlife and bird viewing. This cabin is well built, even in Winter time it’s very cozy, after enjoying snow shoeing, ice fishing or watching Northern lights!

The Aurora Lodge is a 2200 square foot houseboat located on Vee Lake, 20 minute drive outside of Yellowknife. The lodge has two rooms, each with a queen size bed and a personal heater.
