The stylish elegant apartment "Schlern" with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains with Rosengarten and Latemar is located in Deutschnofen (Nova Ponente) in South Tyrol and is the perfect Dolomite retreat for couples or families. The 45m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and an exclusive bathroom with a Murano glass sink and shower cabin with integrated steam sauna. Thus, the apartment accommodates 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine in the common room (use for a small extra charge), a safe, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight of the apartment is the jacuzzi on the roof terrace, where you can relax while looking at the magnificent panorama. The beautiful private outdoor area also has a balcony and a covered terrace with its own Finnish sauna. From the apartment you can reach a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and the bus station (800m-1km) in about 10 minutes walk. The nearest village ski lift is just a 3-minute drive away (1.3km), and several great ski areas, including the Obereggen and Carezza ski resorts, can be reached within 15-25 minutes by car from the apartment. In summer, the area also offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling, and South Tyrol's charming capital Bolzano (Bozen) can be visited after a 30-minute drive (27 km).
Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included and fresh sets are available on request.
It is possible to book breakfast. A sweet breakfast is available for €8. A sweet and savoury breakfast with a wide variety is also available for €15.
