This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

My partner and I living with 2 school-age kids on the first floor. The pool (11x3m) can be used 24 hours. Totally private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 min. walking. Port and airport in 5min. drive. Nearby are restaurants and shops where you can buy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wifi is everywhere available.
