Newly remodeled 1950s cottage sits in the heart of Livingston, Tennessee. The home is a short 15-minute walk to the square, quick drive to local restaurants and shopping, 25-minute drive to Cookeville, or 30-minute drive to Dale Hollow Lake. A second home for our family, our grandmother had lived in this house since 1954, up until her passing in 2019.
