The Boat House was built in 1928 as a garage & boat house for the Bureau of Reclamation employees who were building the Owyhee Dam. In 2016 the District renovated the building into a rental house. The Boat House is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath that includes a master bedroom w/ a queen & a twin bed, fully furnished kitchen w/ appliances, dining area, living room, 2nd bedroom w/ 2 bunk-beds, heating & air conditioning, propane BBQ, picnic tables, & a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors.
