Sip a refreshing drink in the shade of the cherry-red parasol at a double-wide mobile home, then snuggle up against the quilted headrest for a restful night's sleep. The shabby-chic decor and whitewashed wood create a warm, cozy environment. There is ample storage in the walk in closet and armoiur where you will find a TV with YouTube TV, Disney Plus and access to Netflix and Prime.
Our shabby-chic decor creates a warm and cozy environment. We were super-hosts at our previous address and are beginning again in our new home. Our home is a 2,600sq. ft. double-wide mobile home in an under-resourced neighborhood. We have ample security and have never had any problems. However, it is obvious that the neighborhood has a lot of poverty. We live in the middle of dozens of wonderful restaurants, stores and a large mall. We are just over 1 mile from the Peoria Sports complex and 7.5 miles from Westgate-witch has the Cardinal and Coyotes Stadiums and Tanger Outlets. We are about 1 mile from the 101 and about 4 miles from Hwy 17.
Along with your comfortable queen bed, you have access to many pleasant sitting areas. We will leave room in the fridge for your personal use.
Outside we have a nice sitting area with an umbrella and fire-pit (Wood not included in price.) There is access to a gas grill and full use of the kitchen upon request.
We love to meet our guests, but our split floor-plan allows for plenty of privacy. We have had guests that we rarely saw to guests that we are still friends with. That's up to you.
The property sits in the middle of dozens of wonderful restaurants, stores, and a large mall. The Peoria Sports complex is just over 1 mile away and it's a short drive to Westgate, home to the Cardinal and Coyotes Stadiums and Tanger Outlets. In 2017 we moved into this neighborhood as a part of our ministry. The neighborhood is safe, but obviously lower income. Our home, however is beautiful, warm and peaceful.
There is a bus stop within a quarter mile. Fry's and Walmart are both within a mile. Starbucks and other coffee shops are close by.
