Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Rustic vintage fishing cabin near the Beaverkill

Located on 40 acres near the Beaverkill Covered Bridge park and campground, the cabin is a rustic and original fishing cabin that was first built in the early 1950s. From the screened porch you’ll hear the sounds of nearby Berry Brook, which runs along just under a mile of the cabin’s property. 10 minutes to Roscoe, 15 to Livingston Manor, 1 mile to the Beaverkill covered bridge for trout-related pursuits. There are multiple nearby hiking trails as well, for when the fish are being stubborn.
