We have a five bedroom property in the village of Pett, situated between Hastings & Rye, which are both a 10 minute drive away. We are also a very short drive or a lovely 20 minute walk to the beautiful Pett level beach, while being surrounded by fabulous countryside. The house is our family home, which we let periodically The house has a modern aesthetic overall, mixed with some vintage elements. We have a large garden to the rear with a trampoline, alongside two large patios for entertaining.
