Do a night out in San Sebastian like a local, led by me, a local man passionate about sharing our culinary culture. You will discover a unique sensory and culinary experience when you enter the door of a Basque's Secret Gastronomic Society in Old Town (members only private club) and taste our local cheese that come from a 500 years old Basque cider house. If we find more members at the kitchen during our visit to my Gastronomic Club, you can interact with them while they are cooking some local dishes. We dive straight into the culinary heart of the city for a night of eating and drinking unlike any you’ve ever experienced. From fresh prawns to line-caught baby squid to perfectly charred steak, the pintxo hunt changes nightly but always features a range of traditional spots and chic, avant-garde bars. Come thirsty, too, as we’ll be pairing each pintxo with the perfect pour, from cider to local whites and reds. We’ll start by enjoying “txakoli”(local white wine) at the oldest wine cellar in Old Town where you will know the secret of Txakoli wine, before heading into hidden side-streets towards 4 of the city’s most loved pintxo bars + foodie temples. I will teach you how to ‘throw cider’ into your glasses, how to choose the best pintxos, all the while indulging in some of the best pintxos and Basque finest wines. There is not a better overview of the local food scene

As we tour the neighborhoods surrounding the picturesque historic district, we will eat the food that has made San Sebastian the culinary capital of the world. We will pass some of the city's main attractions and teach you about the city's history and fascinating Basque culture. You will experience both the traditional pintxo culture and the avant-garde culinary scene. This experience will be an authentic look at Basque gastronomic culture and the important role that it plays in daily life. We will try 6+ spectacular pintxos each paired with a local drink from 3-4 different establishments. We will create a custom pintxo tour for you, based on your personal preferences, and teach you how to identify and order the best pintxos on your own. Come experience San Sebastian's gastronomic scene. Blow your mind with the best food in the world. The tour will last approximately 4.5 hours. Other things to note We will experience the BEST pintxos in San Sebastian! The tour is molded after a Michelin star menu. That said, we will not be visiting a Michelin star restaurant because they do not serve pintxos.

They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Partiremos des del puerto y navegaremos entre las calitas y cuevas que existen de l'Escala hasta las Islas Medas (Estartit). De camino fondearemos en algunas de ellas para bañarnos y hacer snorkel, además de practicar un poco el padel surf. Durante el fondeo tambien puedes relajarte en la embarcación tomando un poco el sol o leyendo un libro. Combinaremos aventura y relajación, hay plan para todos los gustos. Luego tomaremos un aperitivo! Ademas de todo esto, os propongo hacer una sesión de fotos con mi dron para inmortalizar la experiencia!!

A las 7h quedaremos frente al ayuntamiento,. Del ayuntamiento iremos al apartamento en Santodomingo. En el apartamento te ofrecere un desayuno donde podras degustar una variedad de productos navarros. Veremos a los corredores cantar desde el balcon al Santo San fermin y tras esto, podras ver el encierro. Tras terminar, os informare sobre la historia de los Sanfermines y sobre nuestra cultura

NOTA: A PARTIR DEL 24 DE JUNIO PARTIMOS DESDE NERÍN (Huesca) Subimos por encima de los acantilados de Ordesa y bajamos a Goriz. Te propongo un treking nocturno por ENCIMA del Parque Nacional de Ordesa, dormir en refugio* y regresar al punto de partida a la mañana siguiente. Es decir, una cadena de experiencias que no olvidarás en tu vida, atravesando bosques de cuento, arroyos, cascadas y neveros. No esperes la paz y el silencio de la noche, porque todo se mueve; el viento, la fauna nocturna o el agua. Todo, menos el resto de la gente. Ellos se lo pierden! :-) Vamos al Parque Nacional de Ordesa, en los Pirineos españoles. Cenamos a mitad de camino** y subimos hasta el refugio de Góriz. El itinerario es sencillo y cómodo, disfrutando de las últimas luces del día y las primeras sombras de la noche. Haremos escuchas para identificar la fauna que nos rodea y los olores que nos lleguen a cada paso de nuestro recorrido. Todo eso y las estrellas sobre nuestras cabezas! Así, hasta Góriz donde dormiremos. You'll visit the oldest bakery in town, sip some of the best coffee in town, and enjoy a traditional dessert with a twist. You'll have 6 delicious stops, tasting 10 local specialties and finish up with some delicious wine! You'll learn about local history and culture through the city's patisseries, cafés, specialty shops and bars and discover the traditions behind them. Your tastings will include freshly-brewed coffee, a traditional Basque cake, a caramel created in the French Basque Country, a traditional pastry only found in the oldest bakery in town, a cider house dessert, an elegant dessert, and a classic, old-school cake and wine. This tour is linked to a local association that provides refugees with their first hot meal when they reach dry land, currently in Greece. For every food tour you purchase, you help someone in need by donating a meal. You eat one, you feed one. L'itinéraire est choisi selon les capacités des participants, la météo, et la durée de la balade. En demi journée, il permet de parcourir pistes et sentiers, sur les premières pentes au dessus de la vallée d'Argelès Gazost, à travers bois, prés, et vieux villages. En journée complète, la durée permet d'être davantage en altitude, dans les estives, et de rejoindre parfois un lac, de belles crêtes, ou un sommet. Ces randonnées à la journée necessitent une bonne condition physique, des chaussures de randonnée (pour les enfants, 8 ans minimum). Je vous accompagne en montagne avec mes lamas de randonnée. Les enfants mènent Tio, Tchupi, Nahual, Névé, Joke et Igloo, des copains doux et dociles, sur des itinéraires adaptés. Les adultes jouent les paparazzi curieux et gourmands... These bars are not to be missed, from the top quality food to the atmosphere and people along the way. Let me show you the reason I fell in love with this city and everything it has to offer. We will stop at 4 bars to taste their best pintxo paired with the perfect drink. This tour will cover 1-2km of walking and passing a lot of landmarks along the way. By the end of this tour, you’ll have full bellies, cheery cheeks and a new found way of experiencing Donostia. Vegetarians, pescatarians and seafood avoiders... fear not!
