In this cottage you will find a house as well as details from the top drawer. With only approx. 100 meters to Flensburg Fjord you are guaranteed a beautiful view and beach just around the corner. The house itself is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a double bed. You will find the other beds on the 1st floor of the house. Both from the living room and the 1st floor you get the beautiful view of the fjord. There are cozy corners in the dining room as well as on the 1st floor. You will find a PlayStation on the 1st floor and outside there is almost a playground for both big and small. There are e.g. a very special bowling alley, which you shoot at targets after, as well as e.g. football goal. You have several terraces by the house. One is covered so that the outdoors can be lived regardless of the weather and wind. Not for rent to youth groups. Unsere Wohnung ( Küche und Bad wurde März 2019 renoviert) (ca. 40 m2) mit eigener Terrasse befindet sich in einer freistehenden herrschaftlichen Villa in Sönderhav/Dänemark. Sie können von der Terrasse aus die herrliche Panoramaaussicht auf die flensburger Förde geniessen. Die Wohnung liegt in der unteren Etage unseres Hauses in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Der historische Gendarmenpfad, eine Wanderrute von Padborg nach Høruphav, verläuft etwa 60 m vom Haus am Wasser entlang
