Conveniently located, this townhome is just a short walk from one of Mammoth's many complimentary shuttle stops, and is adjacent to Mammoth's premiere golf course at Sierra Star. This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, with a King bed in the second-floor master bedroom (with ensuite bath), a king in the second bedroom/lower floor bedroom, and in the third bedroom downstairs - features four long twin beds in the form of two sets of bunk beds (long twin over long twin=4 long twins total) , The fourth bedroom (downstairs) features four long twin beds in the form of two sets of bunk beds (long twin over long twin=4 long twins total)

The chef in your group will love the fully remodeled gourmet kitchen with all new, high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, designer cabinetry, and hardware.

The living space is warm and cozy with a large, comfortable sectional sofa, wood burning stove, and huge 60" HDTV in the living room. Bedrooms are oversized, and each feature flat screen HDTVs, with HD Cable TV and either DVD or Smart Blu-ray players in each room. Complimentary password-secured Wi-Fi is provided as well.

You'll have plenty to do right outside your door with on-site tennis courts (seasonal access), Mammoth Creek, several miles of walking/biking/cross country ski trails, Mammoth Creek Park and Sierra Meadows Ranch within walking distance. Just about 3 blocks down the street you will find yourself in the heart of town, with restaurants, shopping, the movie theater and bowling alley; all within walking distance! Pick up the town complimentary shuttle just outside the complex entrance and ride about 1.5 miles to the world-renowned ski lifts. For warm weather activities, travel less than 5 miles to Mammoth's lake basin including, Lakes Mary, Hughes, Horseshoe Lake, and Twin Lakes.

At the end of a fun-filled day, kick your feet up and sip hot cocoa next to the toasty fireplace, or take in the Mammoth Mountain views while grilling dinner on the propane BBQ on your private patio. After dinner, relax in the spacious indoor hot tub or go for a swim at the indoor pool, both just steps away from your front door. Perfect for families, couples, retirees, and small groups looking to enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer. This property offers an in-unit washer/dryer, automatic dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and 2 assigned parking spaces.

The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.

ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
