Our beautiful double bedroom was created as part of a new extension attached to an end of terrace 5 bedroom house. Situated on the ground floor, it benefits from its own private toilet with a shower.

The room has a large double glass patio door with beautiful garden, large koi pond and decked seating area. The room also has a mini fridge, aTV and a desk.

Our family house is situated in a very beautiful village Banstead (Surrey), a 10 minute walk to the high street with plenty of shops and restaurants.
You can easily get to Sutton station by taking a bus (15 min) and from there a direct train ride to London Victoria station in just 22 min.

Banstead is a beautiful typical English village surrounded by parks and woods, it is perfect if you like walks, golf, cycling, horse riding and London is very close too (20-30 minutes by train from Sutton Station to London Victoria Station).
It is very conveniently located 20 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport, close to Epsom Downs.
