Two-room apartment at first floor of a building complex at the beachfront. The apartment complex has a pine tree garden with swimming pools and is located close to the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro with its pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment located on the first floor of a building right at the boardwalk facing the swimming pool area and the beach. There are two balconies, one of which has a sea view and is overlooking the garden with the pool and is equipped with a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has two bedrooms (one equipped with a double bed with two mattresses, and one equipped with two separate single beds). The living room has also a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a table and a sofa. The apartment is equipped with air-condition and a satellite TV. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other one with the possibility to shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, an oven and a fridge.There is a washing machine in the apartment as well as a vacuum cleaner, and all the necessary cleaning equipment.
The beach is just across the street and the main touristic street with shops and restaurants is just 5-10 minutes walk but there are also a restaurant and a grocery shop on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment complex has a beautiful private pine tree garden with a big swimming pool, and a reception office with a porter/custodian who can assist with any maintenance issues that might arise. There is parking just underneath the building which is private to the guests, however, over the peak of summer it can be very crowded and it is recommendable to not move the car too much once a parking spot is found.
