4 bedroom villa with nice garden & sun room.
Two bedrooms with double beds and two have single beds.
10min. walk from the train station (30min to Copenhagen). Beach 10 minutes walk away.
House good for couples, families with kids and business travelers.
We have 2 kats.

We love our family home, with its warm, cozy atmosphere and tranquil, little garden. It's a close to the beach and convenience stores in a calm, suburban area yet it's only 30 min from downtown Copenhagen.

The house is located only 5 min from a little strip mall with convenient shopping, café, italian restaurant and a good "running sushi" restaurant.
The beach is 10 minutes from the house with nice white sand and clean water. Beautiful put and take lake with rainbow trouts 3 km. from the house.

We are a family of 5 who live in a cozy family home close to the beach and Copenhagen. We are both teachers and love living close to the city, yet in the quiet Solrød Strand suburb with beach, green gardens and fresh air.
We live only 10 min walk from the beach and when the weather is warm the entire family bikes down for an icecream and a swim. On colder days a simple walk with the dog is calming.

Our family likes to go travelling, fishing and swimming and we are very open towards exchange of houses for a week or so.
