Our annexe has been very recently refurbished - people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading. It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.

There is a large Sitting/Dining Room, separate kitchen, utility room with washing machine and 2 en-suite bedrooms. The Bed in Bedroom 1 has a SuperKing 6' bed i.e. zip and link made up as 2 twin beds as standard. Please advise when booking if you would like this as one bed. Bedroom 2 also has a SuperKing 6' bed. The bedrooms are completely separate and can be locked for privacy so making the space ideal for sharing even if you are not family!
Please note that the kitchen does not have a full size oven/hob however we do have a mini oven/grill and two ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and a Weber Kettle BBQ outside.

We are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views of Sulham Woods. Our property backs onto a Nature Reserve which is lovely to walk through. The River Thames runs through Pangbourne and there are lovely tow paths to walk also.

Love the South of France and boating. Love walking, yoga, keeping fit, playing tennis and gardening. Not too keen on cooking but needs must to keep the family from starving to death! I am happy to stay anywhere when I travel as long as the place is extremely clean with nice white sheets, towels and a good shower!

We will almost always be around when you stay and if I am not, then my housekeeper will be on site and on call. There is a very comprehensive Guest Hand Book in the entrance lobby and this covers most things. I am happy to advise on where to go, where best to eat, local walks and attractions etc Please feel free to chat to me either before or when you arrive. The property is located away from the main house and you have your own parking area, seating area by the stream and a large area of lawn. We always aim to be flexible - so if you have any special requests, require an early or late check in/out - please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please feel free to use the messenger facility to ask questions!
