Our property features a 105-year-old Creole cottage-style home. Where we- Bob, Bron, and Ranger- our Airedale Terrier, reside. Our property is divided into two sections. While staying with us you will have your own section of the main house with a private entrance, one bedroom, living area, and ensuite bathroom. There is also a small kitchenette in the living area. You will also have access to the rear courtyard for relaxing and sipping morning or evening beverages.

Exit through the side hall door and down the walkway to the beautiful, New Orleans style Courtyard. Maintained fashionable night light. There are fountains, comfy outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. With full access to the courtyard at any time.

Hello I am Bob, I ve been hosting guests for over 5 years. We enjoy meeting new friends and love helping first time visitors and make them feel welcome to our City!

I dabble in construction and do home renovation and construction services. I also do stonework design and installation.

Although I am originally from Iowa, I could be considered an honorary native after having lived in New Orleans for more than 25 years. I have worked in the hospitality industry also. I have a wealth of information about the New Orleans area, and we are happy to make recommendations on what to do, what to see, where to go and certainly where to eat when visiting New Orleans.

My partner, Bron, has been in the hospitality industry and loves to help out when he can , as we try to keep up with the local happenings.. Having been a way for a while, he moved back to Louisiana to be closer to family. He is currently a real estate agent and very knowledgeable of the state and local area.

We have also added an addition to the family. An Airedale Terrier named Ranger. He's a big sweetheart and loves people and other dogs. We try to keep him in reach, but occasionally let him run around when there are no guests. He lives up to his name Ranger or Mr Friendly. He's pretty social though, so let us know if you have any allergies or concerns about him being around.

As true southerners we try to greet our guests upon arrival to ensure they have everything they need to settle in but the property is also setup for complete automated access so you can arrive late or whenever is convenient for you. We tend to see our guests in passing as they venture in and out- and one of us is usually around and always happy to make ourselves available if needed.
