I have added off-street parking, a private entrance, a second hot water heater just for guests, and insulated walls and ceilings to further dampen noise between spaces. The location is fiber optic-fed so the WiFi is blazing (40 meg) fast. Samsung 50" Smart Ultra HDTV with the most popular channels plus ability to stream content from Netfilx, HULU,Amazon Prime accounts. The kitchenette allows for light meal prep. Includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. (Hot plate available upon request). Premium coffee and tea provided. ***NOTE: To accommodate the new HVAC system, SOME AREAS OF THE CEILING ARE 6'3" IN HEIGHT . Guests who are 6'3" or taller are NOT likely to be comfortable in this space and would be in danger of striking their head.**** The rest of us will just think it's incredibly cozy. :0)

Your space is located through the back door and down the stairs and through a second privacy door. A shared laundry room with washer and dryer are available for guest use immediately outside the privacy door. The shaded back yard and covered patio provide a pleasant place to relax, grill, and dine. It is also the only place where guests may smoke either tobacco or, if so inclined, some of Colorado's finest home grown.
