Large and bright 150 square metre 4 bedroom apartment with two separate entrances. Enormous open plan living area with large fully equipped Porcelanosa kitchen and views over the whole city. Four light bedrooms with sea views, large comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Silent temperature control in every room and extremely quiet with specially designed acoustic insulation and windows.
NB. Many historic apartments in the old centre can be very noisy and dark, cold in winter and hot in summer

Modernist building right next to the fabulous blue flag Caleta beach (flanked by two castles) and the ancient and beautiful Parque Genoves. Apartment has an abundance of light and luxurious details. Located in an area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, close to all tourist attractions and local landmarks. With public transportation and many stores and supermarkets nearby.

It has recently been completely renovated to a high standard with a very fresh, modern and simple style. Here's a list of of things we provide for our guests:
