Petit village de l'Ardèche méridionale, venez profiter de notre situation exceptionnelle (à 10 mn de Balazuc, 20 mn de Vallon Pont d'Arc et sa fameuse Caverne, 15 mn d'Aubenas...) Votre chambre dispose d'une sdb indépendante et un accès extérieur indépendant également. Notre jardin accueille une piscine 7X4 à laquelle vous avez libre accès! Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes cool, alors relax!!! Nous avons un chien, qui n'accède pas à votre chambre mais vit au rdc de la maison.

Located in the centre of meridional Ardèche, the house allows you to enjoy an exceptional location : 10 min from Balazuc, 20 min from Vallon Pont d’Arc and its famous cavern, 15 min from Aubenas…
The room comes with an attached bathroom (en suite) and an independent entrance. You could also enjoy a 7x4m swimming pool at any time!
We are a family of 4, so keep it cool and relax! We have a dog who stays with us and has no access to your room.
We would be pleased to advice you about sightseeing tours in the area. My husband work in touristic field, so be sure we could provide you good advices and addresses !
There is a little grocery shop in the village to buy food and essentials. It is a very local and typical place !
You are also 3 minutes away by car from the Auberge de Montfleury where you could enjoy different menus : 19,5€ for typical lunch and from 35€ for dinner. A place awarded in Gault and Millau !
You will also enjoy a lovely surrounding countryside, perfect for walks, hiking, and running !

A 3 mn en voiture l'Auberge de Montfleury vous ravira les papilles (19,50E le menu du midi, à partir de 35E le soir), très bonne critique au Gault et Millau.
La campagne environnante se prête à merveille aux balades, parcours randonnées tracés et running.
