Wonderfully located this apartment is ideally suited to individuals or couples visiting Glasgow. You will have full use of one double bedroom, a shower room, and the open plan living area complete with dining table, large corner sofa, full cooking facilities, Wi-Fi and Sonos sound system. Situated in Park circus at the gates entering Kelvingrove park, this is the perfect spot for your Glasgow getaway!

In light of the recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, I am taking extra precautions and measures to ensure my property is being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I want to assure all guests I have taken these extra steps to ensure the health and safety of all travelers I host.

You will have access to all appliances within my home, including TV, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, ice machine, Sonus system. The bedroom has a double bed, with plenty of storage space and a television. A hair dryer, ironing board and clothes horse will also be stored within here should you require use of them. These can be used in conjunction with the washing machine if needed also.

The property is walking distance to many of Glasgow's highlights and visitor attractions including the Hydro, the Armadillo, Kelvingrove galleries, the SECC and the University of Glasgow as well as being near some amazing restaurants and bars around the Finnieston area and that of Ashton Lane and Byres Road in the West End.

This is an amazing place to live and stay. It is located at the top of Kevingrove Park in the conservation area of Park Circus, and close to one of the main park entrances i.e. the "Park Gate", so there is very little in terms of passing traffic, this means it is incredibly peaceful so you are guaranteed a great night's sleep!
In any direction from the flat, you will enjoy a pleasant walk around the west end or city centre. Finnieston, Byres Road, Woodlands Road and Charing Cross are all accessible within around 5-10 mins on foot, and allows you an abundance of restaurants and bars to visit as well as sights such as the Botanical Gardens, Kelvingrove Musem and Ashton Lane.

Walking to the very centre of the city e.g. Buchanan Galleries will only take around 30mins.
A private taxi to the centre of town will only cost around £3-£4 and take around 5mins, while a taxi to Glasgow Airport is generally around £12-£14 and takes around 10 mins.

The property is also only a short walk to Kelvinbridge undergound station, which gives you another option to travelling to the centre of town, or around Glasgow.

Some personal favourite bars and restaurants for me in the area are: Distill, The Finnieston, Stravaigin, The Drake, The Belle, Ubiquitous Chip, Ox & Finch, Crabshakk, Lebowskis and one of my favourites Chinaskis. There are numerous cafes in the area as well, including Tribeca on Park Road and North Star on Queen Margaret Drive which is a great option as well as being a nice walk through Kelvingrove Park and the Botanics to get to. You certainly won't be short of options for eating and drinking!!
