Hunter House flat a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a BIG friendly dog that will be more then happy to say hello upon arrival.
Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am !

* We are 15 minutes from lovedale and 20mis to Pokolbin.

* COVID 🦠 whilst we respect your personal choices please respect ours that we would like to keep our family & neighbourhood safe by excepting only vaccinated guests.
We are fully vaccinated & our vineyards & restaurants require proof of vaccinated before entering.

*Please note any damage to our flat will be charged.

* please DO NOT pull out cables and cords for our projector tv.
If you have any questions please ask.

* Towels are supplied however if you use tanning products please bring your own towels to avoid staining our towels thank you 😊

* We disinfect the flat after each stay to insure the health and safety of our guests

* child will an EXTRA $50 for the duration of your stay to cover extra cleaning and bedding and towels.

I am Haley I live in Greta with my husband Luke and our little man Flynn and our 4 legged friends Fez the horse, Bronsen the dog, Tucker the pig and our resistant hens who were rescued from a caged commercial egg farm. The 6 girls now live a much more comfortable life.
