Our Beautiful house is positioned in the historical city center of Santiago and It consists of two air conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (hot water available 24 hours a day). Guests can enjoy their private living room with Tv, balcony, ceiling fan, mini bar, kitchen and our terrace with a hammock. Our aim is to provide our guests with comfort, privacy and security like at their home. All rooms are lockable - keys provided. We offer a good and Plenty Breakfast.

Our house is positioned in the historical city center and close to all major attractions of the city of Santiago, is also close to banks, exchange houses, restaurants, places etc. Our guests will be welcomed with great pleasure and excitement in our house, our house makes a difference as accommodation in Santiago because of its central position but at the same time in a quiet area, also the second floor of the house is entirely dedicated to the guests what allowing our guests more privacy and independence.
Our services:
Service of Restaurant: We offer breakfast Cuban typical breakfast, with tropical fruits, eggs, orange juice, omelette, coffee, tea, milk, butter, marmalade etc, price is 5 cuc/person .
We also offered dinner with extra cost (reasonable price), and also we prepare vegetarian dinners at the request of our guests.
Taxi pick up: We offer pickup service from the airport and bus station with additional price (affordable)
Tourism information: Tips and suggestions to visit the most interesting points in our city also we organize excursions and guided tours to the different places of tourist interest in our city
Salsa classes are organized with professional teachers
Luggage Keeping : Once you have checked out we look at your luggage until you need, in case you want to visit our city for more hours until you leave our house for your next destination.

The traditions here have earned Santiago de Cuba the label as Cuba’s most Caribbean destination. Santiago de Cuba is the second more important city of Cuba. Located in the east part of the island, it was the last of the first seven villages, founded in 1515 by the Spanish conqueror Diego Velazquez de Cuéllar. Santiago has a singular vibrancy. It’s very plentiful the mulatto people, a mix of Spanish, French from Haiti and huge numbers of Africans, which they are persistently friendly. Santiago de Cuba is considered to be the most Caribbean of cities in Cuba and is the traditional site of two important popular festivities: the Carnivals and the Fiesta del Fuego, or Feast of Fire. It has plenty to offer for sightseers, blessed as it is with a host of interesting museums, buildings and places (Moncada Headquarters, Emilio Bacardi Museum, The Cathedral "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción", Morro Castle, La Maison, Enramadas Street ...) figures like a perfect formula for the lovers of the tourism in combination with a well conserved nature. This well-known park has a lot of attractiveness where you can find the famous stone zoo inside the well-known Valley of the Prehistory, the Museum of Car, the Aquarium and the Green Grassy Area of the Sculptures. Our house is positioned in the historical city center of this interesting city and close to all major attractions such as: Casa de la Trova, Cathedral Church, Diego Velasquez Museum, Cespedes Park,etc, is also close to banks, exchange houses, restaurants, bus station, airport.

I am Arnulfo, I'm a Retired Professor of Defectology, I am friendly and helpful, quiet and serious person, but very sociable.
Annet is my daughter, and in this moment she lives in Italy, she helps me with the rent of our house on Airbnb she studied Marketing and Social communication.
I love to read and to talk about all kinds of issues and I like share experiences and culture with my guests.
I live on the first floor of my house and I rent the apartment with 3 rooms on the second floor!!!
Since 2009... I am a host with satisfactory results, always respecting our guests and helping them in everything they need.
I love my city and my current occupation of host, and I do my best to make my guests feel at home....
