This recently constructed unit is located in the lower level of a 3 bedroom home. With private alley, parking, entrance and locked doors to the rest of the house you will have complete privacy. The property manager lives on site and will be readily available for you should you need anything.

This unit has its own private kitchen and bathroom (mother-in-law apartment). Bathroom has a steam shower! Bedroom features a huge walk in closet. Roll-away bed provided to sleep an addition person and folding table for additional dining space. A washer and dryer is included for your convenience.
