This apartment is our own property, we purchased from an ex hotel owner and we only have one apartment in Maritime at the moment (don’t be surprised or confused if you see other units with similar interiors as we all bought it from the same ex hotel owner).

Just a brief introduction, we are not any homestay agents, we are the owner of this apartment hence we will always take good care of our apartment as our aim is to give outstation travellers a second home in penang and to make each stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Therefore if you’re looking for a place to host parties, gatherings, celebrations, or if you’re a fussy travellers please look else where, sorry about that.
