Private 1 bdrm with Queen bed. Separate entrance,Kitchenette,yard, patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1-2 adults , 10 min to Ojai & 15 min to DT Ventura & beach. TV & wl internet. Hiking, Biking, Beach, or just hanging out on the patio, if you need to get out of dodge this is the place! I have taken strict measures to disinfect every inch of space my guests will be occupying. I also have Clorox wipes and sprays in the guest area for you to use.

One bedroom with a queen bed. Futon in living room sleeps 2. Small fridge, coffee maker Microwave, and coffee, teas and all the fixings. 3/4 bath, private yard & patio, table and umbrella. Please let me know if you will be needing the futon turned into a bed before checking in. There are restaurants ,markets, thrift stores, the bus stop and laundromat all within a 10 minute walk from the house.
