Indawo
The beach house is large but comfortable with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. A large kitchen is part of the open plan layout including a dining area and lounge. There are three ceiling fans in the lounge area and one each in the bedrooms as well as a stand alone fan.

Wrap around decks allow for two separate outside dining areas.

There is a TV and DVD player, many DVDs and books along with games.

The two bedrooms each have queen size beds, ensuites and walk in wardrobes. The second bedroom also has two bunks and a couch in the lounge converts to a bed.

Kayak at high tide and reef walk and snorkel at low tide. Discover the red, blue and brittle starfish in the rock pools along with soft corals, tropical fish and anemones.

Snorkel in safe, crystal clear water with damsel and butterfly fish swimming around you. Be amazed at the variety and colour of the hard corals and the fish life that lives amongst it.

Walk the white sand beaches shell collecting and swim in the natural sea swimming pool at the end of the beach.

Stargaze at night and be awed by the majesty of the milky way.

Our lovely Fijian caretaker family will treat you to fresh fruits and freshly caught and cooked fish.

Savusavu, i-Fiji

Savusavu is also known as the Hidden Paradise or Little Hawaii. Originally a significant copra town, Savusavu now is a major tourist destination with over 17 resorts including Jean Michelle Cousteau Resort, Koro Sun Resort, and Tony Robbin's Namale Resort.

Savusavu airport has daily flights to and from Nadi and Suva. Fiji Link, Fiji’s domestic airline and subsidiary of Fiji Airways and the local airline Island Hoppers have daily 1-hour flights between Nadi and Savusavu. Pacific Island Seaplanes operates a private charter service from Nadi. The direct flight from Nadi on Fiji Link uses smaller planes and seats can be somewhat limited, especially during the school holidays.

An alternative (and usually cheaper option) is to fly from Nadi to Labasa. Labasa is the main city on the island and there tends to be more flights per day, some direct and some via Suva.

From Labasa airport to Waikona is about two hours by taxi, is very scenic and costs about FJ$130.00.

The town is well served by the major banks and supermarkets, has doctors as well as a hospital, excellent restaurants and a vibrant ex-pat community. Savusavu is an international port of entry and the yacht club at the Copra Shed is a popular place to meet for drinks and a meal.
