The apartment is located just behind the Mercado Central. This room is the smallest but is comfortable, cheap and perfect for a few days with a bed of 1.35 cm x 1.82 cm. The apartment is close to all the tourist attractions and nightlife and to the famous Alicante's tardeo! It is just a few minutes' walk from La Rambla and Casco Antiguo and an 8-minute walk from the Explanada and the beach Postiguet. The train and bus stations are about a 15-minute walk away.

The flat has 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. This room, with parquet floor, is equipped with wardrobe, fan and Wifi connection!
Each guest will have a bunch of keys (door, main door and room) for total freedom.

WiFi is available throughout the house. The shared kitchen ( till 22:00 ) is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bathrooms ( even these shared ) have a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel! Even the living room with LCD TV and the terrace are available to guests till 22:00.

It´s a great area communicated very well. In fact, a few meters away there is the Tram Mercado stop that connects Alicante to Benidorm. The street is very quiet but within walking distance of the night life.
