The address is convenient to Boston via the Mass Turnpike 3 blocks away. It's also close to Cambridge, and Moody Street in Waltham with many good restaurants. The town of West Newton is three blocks away, where you'll find a good breakfast place, several restaurants and a movie theater, drug store and other conveniences.

Kitchen use is off limits to guests as well as other common areas of the house, but there is a breakfast place- Judith's Kitchen - just a couple blocks away, and plenty of other restaurants also in walking distance.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor patio of my home located on the same floor as their bedroom.
