Hello. I am a saleswoman and have been doing so for many years. I recently moved back to this house in the country, but very close to the hospital, after my daughter moved out and has graduated from East Carolina University. I welcome ECU parents, alumni, as well as Vidant patients, employees, and their families. Travel nurses are welcome here and find it a convenient location. Please come enjoy the peace and quiet I enjoy while having the convenience to the hospital and university. Hope to meet you soon! The bathroom has been remodeled with a brand new acrylic tub/shower. The bedroom has new furniture and a new mattress. I think you’re going to love it! I have also added a sunroom which is ideal for reading, studying, or meals.
Pets (cats and dogs) live here!
The beach property has recently been acquired. It is totally remodeled. Here, you will be renting the entire condo, with a fully stocked kitchen, both types of coffee makers, counter seating and table w/4 chairs. Beach chairs and towels in the closet. Sheets and towels are included. Owners are allowed to have pets but not renters, according to the HOA. There is a laundry facility right next door. Parking passes are provided for parking outside the building. Please let me know if you have any special requests. Welcome to the beach… relax here!
