Brand new construction! This modern beach house sits directly on the beach just south of the fishing village of Masachapa. Watch the waves crash from your veranda, palapa or balcony deck. Conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, fruit stands, ice cream shops, barber shops etc.. This fantastic vacation house has a lighted 20m lap pool, an outdoor shower, on premises night watchman and maid. Walk to the fish market and take home the freshest catch of the day!

Walking distance to the village where you can find fresh fruit and veggies, cold beer, snacks, soda and ice. 5 min walk to the fish market and some great seafood/beef restaurants. Located next door to a 4 room boutique hotel if you need more room.
