I operate with 100% transparency and need to point out that part of living downtown is traffic noise. Although I find that I have no problems sleeping through it, this may not be the case for everyone. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest sleeping with the windows closed or bringing earplugs. This is just a courteous warning, as I would hate for you to arrive and then have a bad experience.

The Brewery District is my absolute favourite neighbourhood in Edmonton. It is packed full of the best restaurants, coffee shops around. There are a few grocery stores, convenient stores, a gym, outdoor pool, public transportation and of course the Roger's Arena and ice district all within walking distance of the building. If you are into metropolitan living, I think you're going to love it here.
