The apartment is centrally located, a few minutes walk from the railway station, bus station, shopping area, Old Town, Museum Quarter and Marina. It is a seven minute walk to the Tesco Extra in St Stephens Shopping Centre. It is also close to the entertainment venues; the New Theatre, the Hull Truck Theatre, the City Hall and the new Bonus Arena which has made it a popular place to stay for people involved with productions at those venues. Although the apartment is in the city centre it is much quieter at night than some of the other central locations.

The Building
The apartment is on the second floor of a new building. There is a lift and an intercom to remotely open the main gate and door to the foyer from the apartment.

Car Parking
The apartment has a designated parking spot in the secure car park. There is a fob to open the main electronic gate. The parking permit which will be provided at check in must be displayed at all times as the area is monitored. For those guests with a second car there is ample on street parking which is free between 6.00pm and 8.30am. Daytime parking on the street is limited to two hours but there is close by parking in a building in Pryme St or a public car park in Albion St for longer term stays.

The Apartment :
The space consists of an entrance hall, an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, and two bedrooms - one with an en suite. It has gas central heating and double glazing. The apartment is light and airy with two large windows facing the outside.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped ; electric hob and oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is everything you will need by way of cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils. The dining table extends to seat six.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack.

The spacious living area contains 2 two seater sofas and two tub armchairs. There is free wifi, a 40 inch smart TV and a digital radio/CD player.

The main bathroom has a bath with a glass shower screen, the en-suite off the main bedroom has a shower as well as the WC and hand basin. A hair dryer is also supplied.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The second bedroom has a small double bed and also ample wardrobe space.

The Small single guest bed in the lounge will be prepared on request.

All bed linen, towels, shower soap and cleaning materials are supplied.

Our normal practice for four guests would be to prepare the Kingsize bed and small double bed in the two bedrooms, however please contact us prior to your arrival if you wish to have use of the guest bed in the lounge as well.

For five guests the guest bed will be prepared as standard.
