Charming studio\guest house with private entrance behind locked gate and nice little courtyard. This is next to my house in the Garden District, but it's a separate building. It's across the street from City Park with Dog Park, Tennis, Golf, Croquet, Art Gallery, and more. It's on the LSU bike path and there's a free shuttle to LSU from our front door. 1 mile to LSU. Close to Downtown, Mid City, and Perkins Road Overpass area where there are many wonderful restaurants and other cultural events.

This space is thoroughly cleaned and easy to keep sanitized. This space is ideally suited for one person or perhaps a couple. This space is small but very comfortable and I only have parking space for one car in front of my house.

This listing would be perfect for anyone traveling to LSU or downtown for business. There's a free shuttle from our front door to LSU. It's also perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all the cultural happenings in this area. Downtown and mid-city are always having some kind of art hop or music festival. Other events are Mardi Gras, St Paddy Parade, White Light Night, Baton Rouge Blues Fest, Baton Rouge Marathon, and Live at Five. There are clusters of good restaurants and nightlife at Perkins Road Overpass, Downtown, Mid City, and CitiPlace.

The listing is across the street from City Park. There's tennis, golf, croquet, art gallery, dog park, playground, picnic area, splash pad, and bike path that ties into the LSU bike path around University Lakes. And don't miss Movies and Music on the Lawn. A local band writes an original score to a classic silent movie and perform it live. It's walking distance from here and it's awesome!

Here's a typical weekend package at City Park Studio:
Friday night: White Light Night, Live at Five, or dinner at DiGulio Brothers.
Saturday morning: Downtown Farmer's Market
Saturday afternoon: Tennis, Golf, bike around University Lakes, or shopping at Circa 1857.
Saturday night: Dinner and bar hop downtown, or Movies and Music on the Lawn.
Everything is close by and Uber is always available if you don't want to drive.
