I manage whole building with 4 studio apartments and all the apartments have same conditions.The only difference is decoration of walls and some furnitures. The decoration of my apartment is modern, well designed and also it is a historical but new renovated building. Apartment has all basic need as well as a kitchen with basic equipments. 4 different alternative apartments are listed with in same listing. Therefore one of the apartment will be assigned due to availability.

Apartment is Located in Sishane and just five minutes from Sishane metro station, behind street of Starbucks and other famous restaurants such as Big Chefs, Miss Pizza and Chinese Express Restaurant .You can walk to Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and other main attractions of the city either by public transportation or with your own car.

My guests are located to the apartment either by myself or by my family members.. There is door lock system we will give the password of it with Wifi access.

We are operating 30 apartments at 4 buildings in the districts of Beyoglu such as Sishane, Karaköy and Cihangir. The whole management of these buildings belongs to us and our brand name is Flats Company. We exactly know our guests requests and want them to feel like they are at their home. Regarding check in process self check-in is available and when the reservation is approved, I share my whatsapp number and we contact regarding all the details.
The check in time is after 03:00 pm
When you come to the apartment there will be entrance code for the main entrance

Apartment details like the entrance code of the main door, keybox and Wifi details will be given on the arrival date.

We do have a small hotel very close to this apartment incase it is needed one of my colleague will be there immediately.
