La Delizia is in the heart of the old city, closed to everything, public services and supermarkets, closed to the most popular attractives of Lucca such as Piazza San Michele, Piazza Napoleone, Torre Guinigi and Torre delle Ore, Anfiteatro.. You can quickly walk to the main street for shopping: Via Fillungo, and to the best restaurants which i usually recommend to my guest, to be sure you'll taste our best tuscan meals! You're also closed to the coolest places to have an italian drink where! I'm sure you'll love it for a lot of reasons: all historical routes of our city, lifestyle, events and much more!Don't lose the chance to have a breakfast in "PINELLI "Bakery, just downstairs along Via Pescheria: one of most ancient and delicious artisanal pastries of our city!

Ciao, I'm Valentina - you can name me Vale if you like it - i'll be your host in Lucca where i live with my husband Gianluca and family and where i run my Estate Agency named MYHOMELUCCA which's focused on the tourist rental and which i found some years ago.
I love people and traveling so much, i'm a foodie traveller, and i'm a passionate of decor living too. After ten years as a lawyer, i decided to embark on this fantastic experience which connects me with new people and cultures directly.
When it's possible for me, i love to welcome our guests personally and try to have a little chat with them if they want, but almost always you'll be welcome by my coworker Fabiana.
For the most part of our houses it's also possibile to make the SELF CHECK IN in total security and independence since you'll find the key into our locker and we'll send you specific instructions and private code to get in.PLEASE ASK US IN ADVANCE ABOUT IT to be sure self check in is provided in your house.

You'l'l ll also receive directions with pictures and gps positions for car parking and to get out home safety and easily.
WhatApp texting will be alway available with me & my staff!

Bear in mind that you need to let us know IN ADVANCE the exact time you 're going to arrive in Lucca to allow us to make plans for your welcome and to avoid you waiting for us , as we have many daily arrivals.Thanks :)

Our ORDINARY CHECK IN TIME is from 3pm to 7pm. After that for an extra fee of €30 payable upon arrival, we are available UNTIL 10 pm at latest.

Remind also to ask us the procedure of check in before booking- if you're arriving after 10 pm- in case it's not possible apply self check in.

Please note that WE'RE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED to furnish any kind of food/drinks to our guests, if you see anything in the pictures is only to photos shooting purposes. All the rest is completely realistic, so consider please, that OUR HOUSES are SELF CATERING so you need to buy all the necessary (food/drinks) .
Since i want to satisfy all our guests in the same way and also to avoid misunderstandings in advance, i kindly ask you to respect our house rules which help me and my staff to guarantee and high level of assistance. In this way you 'll find rules regarding:

. Check In time / Arrival Time Communication
. Check In Late on Request and on Payment.
. Check out Time
. Trash rules self managing
. Exact Number of Guests ( are not allowed people more than that resulting from the reservation)
. We dont' offer delivery service of lost things.All your belonging will be hold for 6 months if you're ale to come back.
. For monthly rental or more, we recommend to let our agency to come to clean your house on charge, to maintain a place cleaner and in better condition.

.Wintertime we can accept you to book within only one day in advance but please keep in mind that big houses need one day to get warm at least.

PLEASE BE CONSCIENTIOUS AND RESPECTFUL: TURN OFF THE HEATING /AC on departure time and KEEP THE WINDOWS CLOSED IF THEY'RE WORKING.
