SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification through Air BNB.
- The pre-authorization will be released up to 7 days after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing.
- The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.

BOOKING RESTRICTION NOTE
- No check in or out allowed on Christmas day or New Year’s Day. (We trust you can appreciate that we want our housekeepers to enjoy these special days off!)

HOUSEKEEPING
- The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily or mid-stay housekeeping is available for an extra fee.
- Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.
- Please only use the blue striped pool towels (complimentary at the front concierge desk) for the hot tub and pool.

PARKING
- The Aspens has underground heated paid parking. You can purchase a parking ticket from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance.
- When heading down the ramp, use the four digit code at the top of the parking ticket in the first machine on the left. This will open the gate which is just around the corner. Please display the ticket clearly on your vehicle dashboard. The parking entrance height is 2.05m (6’9”).
- Visitor paid parking is also available. Parking is $17 per 24 hour period. Parking can also be purchase by the hour.
*TIP* Luggage carts available for use, but after then park around stall 150 as this stairwell up takes your directly to the ski hill, pool and hot tubs, and to the front door of The Lookout Penthouse.

POOL/HOT TUB/ GYM/ SLOPESIDE GATE ACCESS
- The Aspens complex uses PIN codes for entrance access into common areas such as the pool, hot tubs, gym, ski hill gate, and stairwells. This code will be given to you with your unique door code.
- Access to common areas before check in and after check out times can be obtained from the front desk.
- Pool towels are available for loan from the front desk. These blue and white towels must be returned to the front desk at the end of your stay.

SKI VALET (Winter Only)
- Whistler Blackcomb provide a valet service from 8am-6pm. Please take your skis and snowboards to the tent by the breezeway doors.
- To avoid fines, do not take equipment to your suite.
- If you require access to equipment outside these hours do not store them in the valet. For after-hours storage please see the Front Desk for storage. Front desk have NO access to the ski valet room outside of their hours of operation.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
- Out the main entrance doors of the lobby to the right, you will see a shed with a grey door signage "Garbage Room".
- Please dispose of all garbage and recycling into the correct bins provided at the end of your stay.

ICE MACHINE
- Located in the Spearhead Room in the Lobby. (Maybe unable to access if a meeting is in progress).

VENDING MACHINES
- Snack machines are located on Level 1 and 3, in the east wing.
- There is also a Grocery Vending machine located on the 1st floor in the room directly across from the snack vending machines.

LAUNDRY
- There are two communal laundry areas: One is on Level 1 in the east wing, by the elevators; and the second is on P2, through the doors on the left. Washing and drying cycles are $2.50 per load.
- Washing powder can be obtained from the vending machines in the east wing on level 1.
* There is a change dispenser on the 1st floor between the two vending machines*

The Upper Village is the perfect place to stay- it's a short 7 minute walk to the village stroll where the shopping, restaurants and nightlife is, yet just far enough away to ensure you have an excellent night's sleep every night without a nightclub raging underneath you.
With luxury hotels like the Fairmont Chateau and the Four Seasons right next door, the Upper Village is certainly a premium neighbourhood.
It is safe, visitor friendly, boasts casual and fine dining options, has shopping and even a small liquor and grocery store. The upper village has breathtaking views, and with free buses running regularly right out the front of the Aspens to all around town.
