Large basement room with private shower (like a suite!) steps away from the U of M/Dinkytown 5 min by bus to downtown. What you pay is what you get for this room. Please remember.

The room and basement is very lived in, this is meant to be a very simple place for sleeping and that’s it, the price reflects this, don’t expect anything more and you’ll have a comfortable stay.

As you can see some people love it, some people don’t.

This is a basement room in a lovely, cosy house in a great, safe and central location. It is in the basement and has it's own shower and bathroom so will be like your own little studio seperate from the rest the house.

Located right in Dinkytown close to Downtown and the U of M.

FREE WI FI. Plenty of space. Clean bathroom and kitchen can be used at your disposal.

The beautiful Stone Arch Bridge is a 10 minute walk away. you can get a Nice Ride bike and go on a very scenic bike ride with many bike paths in the area.

For the size of the room, house and location you will not find a better price in Minneapolis. I will provide fresh bed linens, towels, shampoo, soap, etc.

There is free coffee/tea/toast etc in the kitchen. Help yourself!
