Welcome to our recently renovated basement apartment in an 1880's built Capitol Hill gem! *We want you to know that we’re doing our part by following all Airbnb cleaning guidelines.*

This is a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the bottom floor of a Victorian home in the heart of Denver's cap hill neighborhood. This will truly be in a walkers paradise (Walkscore of 95!). The apartment includes newly renovated kitchen with basic supplies, a television, bluetooth speaker, and coffee.

Please note that street parking can be difficult on the weekdays after 4pm and that the stairs to the apartment currently do not have a hand rail. Also, due to the current situation, the shared deck is off-limits until further notice.

There is a lockbox on the right side of the front porch on a small table (the lockbox attached to the handrail). The lockbox has a key to the front door (larger key) and the green key to the basement apartment. The code to the lockbox is xxxx. Once inside the front door, the door to the apartment is on the far left.

-*There are two sets of keys. The key sets are identical. Please take one set of keys. The extra set is in case you lose your keys or get locked out :)

-*One thing that a few guests have had trouble with is opening the front door to the house. For the front door, make sure the top deadbolt is unlocked. For the bottom lock, twist the key to the left, and while the key is twisted left, push the door open. Sometimes it takes a bit of jiggling, but I think you will get it just fine. If all else fails, the front door key opens the side gate and you can go through the side gate to access the apartment as well.

Weekdays, 2 hour parking is available on the east side of Logan. Nights, weekends, and holidays, the east side of Logan is unlimited. On 11th and 12th st. there unlimited parking. Parking is difficult to find after 5pm. If all else fails there is paid parking on 13th and Logan (1.5 blocks north of the house).
