A ground floored one bedroom flat (approx. 400sq ft) situated in this sought after residential location within close proximity to Rugby School, Rugby Town Centre and Rugby Rail Station . The flat is kept as minimalist as possible to keep cost down for guests.
Additional person; child or adult (after 2 people) will be considered as guest/individual.

The flat was pre-loved thus it is not a “hotel-grade”.
The flat is fully furnished with an ensuite double bed, sofa, kitchen and lounge. The flat comfortably sleeps up to 2 people.

The flat is equipped with kitchen units, electric hob, electric oven, electric panel heaters, electric immersion water heater, carpetted in bedroom, laminated flooring in living room and tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom.

A travel cot and a baby bottle warmer are available. Child(ren) is/are welcomed but the place is not baby/child proof.

Internet: There is a pocket WiFi/ Mobile Broadband (MiFi) provided. The Mobile Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy thus not suitable for HD streaming, video downloading/ uploading or watching BBC iPlayer and the likes, Installing Apps as such. Only suitable for daily browsing such as checking emails, replying emails, replying to Airbnb messages and the likes, browsing internet.

However there is no TV to keep the cost down for Airbnb guests.

Parking: Hillmorton Road is a busy road. There is no allocated parking within the property. However, there are on-street parkings along the Hillmorton Road after the double yellow line towards No.18 Hillmorton Road and also along Horton Crescent but it is subject to availability.
There is also a paid parking runs by the Rugby Council and the nearest is on Little Church Street and this is also subject to availability.

It offers spacious accommodation which comprises entrance into lounge, open plan kitchen, ensuite double bed.
Electric oven and electric hob are provided.

In your room, you will find a fresh linen bed, 4.5tog double duvet and duvet cover, polyester hollowfibre pillows with covers, Crystal Ortho Memory Mattress double mattress and also a complimentary towel(s).

There are also extra throws/ fleece and pillows.

Also provided extra fan heaters for extra warmth or for cooling off.

In the bathroom, there are complimentary toiletries, which include toilet rolls, shampoos, body wash, toothpaste. No toothbrush provided.

You are also welcomed to use the washing machine if you decide to do your laundry during your stay. Complimentary washing powder are provided in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. There is an outdoor airer to hang dry your clothes.

In the kitchen, feel free to use the high glass tumblers, wine glasses, champagne glasses, pots, pans, cutleries, plates and mugs. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided.

There is on-street parking but not allocated. Please see photo for the access from the main road, Hillmorton Road.


If booking last minute i.e approaching 10pm-12 midnight, please call the host's number at Check-in Instructions or on your Booking Confirmation Itinerary.
