In 40 m2 apartment, on the 6th and top floor (attic floor) (without elevator), sleeping place is located on the mezzanine floor, so you need a step ladder to get there.
So the place is not suitable for old, sick or disabled people.

My flat is located very close to the city center, next to HYATT regency Hotel.
Please be aware that the apartments are located on the 6th floor (attic floor)without elevator. And sleeping area is located on the mezzanine floor with a ladder access. So it is not suitable for OLD, sick or disabled people.
Flat has a big hall 25 m2 with a pool table; there is a staircase with an open bedroom (10 m2) up on the mezzanine just under the roof, with a low ceiling where the double bed 230x230 fits, but giving a cosy feeling; kitchen-bar 12 m2 is equipped with refrigerator, sink, oven, pot, and coffee-machine. The bathroom is comfortable with a shower, sink and a large mirror. Flat is equipped with air conditioners. Flat is equipped with good stereo and 47” TV

I can help you during your stay if you don't know where to go or what to do. In any case, I have lots of good tips to share and know nice places you could enjoy typical Azerbaijan restaurant and so on.
I can also provide you different kind of traveling around Baku city and country sides on my own car.
Across weekends and evening time I can meet you in airport. (25 manats (15$) before midnight and 30 manats (18$) after midnight)
As per agreement I can help you to visit some historical and tourist places on my own car.
We can visit Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape, Mud volcanoes. Duration of this trip is around 5-6 hours , the price is 85 manats (50$)
Also we can visit "Fire worshiping temple" and "burning mountain"
and other site views around Baku and in other regions of our country
