I'm a dad of two daughters, a yoga and meditation teacher and writer, author of the book, "Mindfulness Yoga: The Awakened Union of Breath, Body and Mind." I'm a bit of a foodie and enjoy sharing about the great food culture here in Tucson.

I respect the privacy of my guests but am delighted to share a cup of coffee or tea and some conversation with any who wish to do so. I'm happy to share info about the many wonderful sites, restaurants, and independent shops that make Tucson unique.

YOGA/MINDFULNESS: I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher with extensive experience and I've written a very well received book entitled "Mindfulness Yoga: The Awakened Union of Breath, Body and Mind" which integrates the Buddhist teaching of mindfulness with the movements and postures of yoga.

I teach a class every Sunday downtown at Tucson Yoga which offers community yoga classes throughout the week.

I am also available for private sessions during your stay. Please contact me for more information about booking an individualized yoga and/or meditation session. Mats and props provided!
